"Mickey Mouse" Birthday Hat
This is an adorable, uniquely made, keepsake hat! The base of this hat is made from hand-designed heavy card stock that is painted with a dimensional glue then layered with sparkling glitter. The Mickey image is 3D and glittered, as well. The image is surrounded by glittering, shooting stars with a glittered personalized birthday banner…symbolizing the birthday child being the star of the party with Mickey Mouse. The hat is trimmed with black and yellow chenille with a cotton rick-rack edge. Red German glass glitter embellishes the #1 (or # of choice) and is layered on a 3D glittered large star. Shooting stars in white, red, gold and blue surround the hat. You have a choice of either elastic or black & white striped ribbon ties.
